| | Having seen favourable reviews of the food prepared by maliks, we thought we would like to try it. we called this evening, monday, and ordered chicken tikka masala, lamb curry, pilau rice and a peshwari nan.
i would like to say that everything we ordered was freshly cooked, to the highest standard. it was totally delicious! we cannot wait to try other dishes from this excellent takeaway.

i have been searching for quite some time for good indian food. maliks made a refreshing change from the usual rubbish i have been served\delivered over recent months. the delivery was within the time stated, the portions were generous, the food was not swimming in the usual amount of oil, it was very tasty and did not skimp on the chicken.
i will certainly use their service again.
be warned, i had a madras, when they say hot they mean it !! i will ask them to drop the chillies next time!!

couple of comments ( please don't take these the wrong way ).
1. if you pronounce achrai as " achari " ( similar in nepali/bahasa indonesia for spicy chutney ) then spell it that way.
most people prefer to pronounce words better in order to be understood :-)
2. next time i order the excellent biriyani i will ask for no prawns. overcooked prawns have a poor texture to my taste - the rest of that dish was excellent, thank you all. i especially enjoyed the egg pancake on top :-)
3. having become such a fan of your saag bisi bhaji and bisi bhaji i would prefer these to a veg curry as a side order.
all in all a good meal, well cooked, tasty and filling.
the new delivery guy is just that. obviously learning the ropes ( from andra pradesh he said ).
why not give him a sat nav or a simple route card type thing - we finished up looking for each other :-)
score 9 out of 10 and happy.
